Here are some of my occasional short wave observations

17660 1531-1543 ARS Saudi Radio, Riyadh, 06/06, French, YL news with many mentions of B.Obama and one simple short ID at 1541 as "Radio Riyadh", etc. - unusually strong, good, and most powerful signal on this band here in my location

15745 0254-0307 CLN SLBC Colombo, 07/06, English, US religious program with OM/YL talks and songs and one own short OM ID at 0259 as "This is all Asia service of the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation" - almost good with some fading and local noise

9625 0311-0325 CAN CBC N. Quebec Service, Montreal, 07/06, English, American blues music of the 60s with short OM talks at 0314, and at 0322 including one phone call - fair-good with some fading and splashes from 9620 (REE)

3320 0030-0041 AFS R. Sonder Grense, Meyerton, 08/06, Afrikaans, OM talks with listeners by phone and pop songs - poor-fair with deep fading and local noise

3230 1903-1911 AFS WYFR, Meyerton, 09/06, English, OM (mostly) and YL religious talks - fair-poor with strong CW QRM on 3230 and local noise

4319U 1922-1942 BIO AFN Diego Garcia, 09/06, English, OM/YL reports on various internal American subjects with some mentions of AFN - fair with strong utility QRM on 4317 (DRM-like), 4322 (RTTY) and local noise - it is the best AFN frequency here in my location

5765U 1943-1948 GUM AFN Barrigada, 09/06, English, OM report of some man from Wisconsin, etc. - too weak in comparison with Diego Garcia

15345 1955-2007 ARG RAE Buenos Aires, 09/06, French, IS, 2000 opening ann in various languages with ID's, 2002 YL ID, schedule and Argentine song at 2005 after short talk - weak-poor till 1958, then suddenly better (new azimuth? propagation?) with MRC on the same channel and heterodyne

5990 2112-2140 B R. Senado, Brasilia, 09/06, Portuguese, OM debates in senate live broadcast - fair with slight fading and local noise, // http://www.senado.gov.br/radio/ondascurtas.asp with 7 seconds delay Hope for a QSL

6165 2141-2154 TCD R. N'Djamena , 09/06, local African singing till 2145, then some nice slow orchestral melodies - almost good with local noise, also weak CNR signal, and VOV starting from 2151 at least, were noted in the background

4319U 2204-2229 BIO AFN Diego Garcia again, 09/06, English, NPR news program with a lot of reports on various local subjects, two ID's at 2228 by YL and then by OM as "This is NPR - National Public Radio" - fair with strong utility QRM on 4321 (RTTY) and local noise Hope for a QSL
